Green Oak Solutions has the experience to assist you with defining and envisioning your planning outcomes at the outset of your project.  After many years of consulting we have developed a proprietary set of plan templates that support the uniform process of recovery.  These plans are customized to meet a particular clients needs.

The flowchart depicts the pro forma recovery sequence that is required to recover from most incidents.  Our experience shows us that while operations differ, the process of response is relatively uniform.  This process begins with the immediate Emergency Response and flows to include Damage Assessment and Facility Restoration, Crisis Management, and Crisis Communications.  If an incident is severe enough it might escalate to involve the recovery of operations functions.

We maintain planning templates for Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Recovery Plans.  We also maintain templates for key sub plans in the areas of Damage Assessment and Facility Restoration and Crisis Communications.

Our templates allow us to produce plans twice as quickly at half the consulting costs vs. many traditional consulting methods.  These savings are substantial but they don’t come at the cost of overly simplifying your process.  We utilize the templates to produce the plans, however we rely upon our experience to produce your recovery strategies and ensure that every plan is customized to the particular concern of the client.
